Hello! I've been coaching others in some form almost my whole life.
Whether in the pool, in the classroom, on the track, on the pitch, or via video chat, motivating others to be their best and to do things they previously thought impossible is what I do best. Connecting with people to make the world a better place is my purpose.
When I'm not coaching, you can find me enjoying time with family and friends, staying active through exercise, enjoying a concert, appreciating art, cheering at a sporting event, exploring new destinations, or planning my next adventure.
Before completing my coaching coursework with Erickson Coaching International, I coached soccer, managed a software company, raised thousands of dollars for various cancer-related charities, and served as a high school assistant principal and teacher.
I am actively working towards earning my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
