Flow Forward:
Coaching and Connection Series

I help college students set goals, take action, and move forward with confidence. As a former educator with over 20 years of experience, I’ve designed this series to combine personalized coaching with valuable peer connections—empowering first-year students to thrive during their transition to college life.

Program Overview

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • 45-minute intake session to identify goals and values

  • 5 x 30-minute coaching sessions spread out over the course of the fall semester

  • Focus on who you are becoming!

Group Coaching Cohort

  • 4 x 60-minute group sessions

  • Connect with fellow first-time college students

  • Hear from guest speakers

  • Optional outside skill-building exercises

  • Spread out over the course of the fall semester

Flexible and Virtual

  • Flexible scheduling for individual coaching sessions

  • All sessions held via Zoom allowing participation from anywhere!

  • Join sessions via cell phone or laptop/desktop
