College Coaching and Connection Series
Students in this scholarship-based coaching program create a clear plan for their goals—clarifying priorities, taking meaningful action, and moving forward with confidence.
Designed to support the transition into college, the program combines individualized coaching with peer connection to help first-year students build clarity, direction, and a sense of belonging during a pivotal year.
Students walk away with stronger self-awareness, practical goal-setting tools, and a personalized plan for navigating college life with intention.
The series, led by certified coach and longtime educator Rebecca Wells, operates on a semester basis and is limited to 10-15 participants.
This program is made possible through scholarship funding from generous donors who believe in expanding access to coaching, support, and connection for first-year college students.

"The individual coaching sessions helped me stay focused and organized throughout the semester by breaking my goals into clear, manageable steps. They gave me structure, clarity, and a way to get through this semester which made it somewhat easier to navigate my life on a whole."
Javin F.
"I gained the confidence in myself to pursue the first and future semesters of my education with determination. I also embraced my faults and let go of trying to be perfect in everything.
[The group sessions] encouraged me to push myself outside of my comfort zone and try new things."
Gregory S.
"I liked hearing about everyone else’s perspective as freshman. It was special to be around people going through the same experience as me, all just trying to do their best in the first semester of college."
M.D.
"My individual coaching sessions have helped me so much. I not only gained many different traits, but I improved on traits that I already had. I’m better at time management, having a set schedule and goals, and most importantly I gained confidence and faith in myself."
Treasure T.
