I help college students create the plan their goals deserve—clarifying priorities, taking meaningful action, and moving forward with confidence.

With over 20 years of experience as an educator, I designed this coaching program to blend personalized support with the power of peer connection, helping first-year students navigate the transition to college with clarity and purpose.
​
I also work with students who need a reset after a challenging semester, partnering with them to refocus, rebuild momentum, and move forward with a plan that fits where they are now.

The series operates on a semester basis.

Program Overview
Individual Coaching Sessions
